Obi’s Fitness Tip: There is no such thing as a set fitness guide or a set diet and training plan and the reason being is adjustments will always have to be made to allow you to plow through plateaus or walls. If you are on a diet and training plan and it isn’t working for you it may not be that the plan isn’t any good there may be an adjustment that needs to be made on that plan. There is no such thing as a set plan that will help you get lean or ripped or a one for all diet and training plan that will help you lose the fat. Any plan that you are on has to be formatted to your age, bf%, body-type, body-weight, physical limitations, health concerns, etc.
And then after that plan is created for you then you still need somebody to monitor your weekly progress on that plan to make sure it is actually working for you. It’s a process but if you understand that there isn’t a one plan that fits all and that it does take time for a trainer to figure out what is the best plan for your body-type that will allow you to attain your fitness goals then you are already a step ahead to that goal. It’s a trial and error process at times when you are on a diet and training plan and adjustments are always continuously being made throughout the program to help you get to your goal.
