Fitness Blog Tip:  The best way to weigh yourself is not the scale it is the mirror and also the way you feel when you put on your clothes. The reason being is the scale doesn’t reflect bodyfat loss or the loss of inches in various different parts of your body. The mirror will never lie to you where the scale at times can be very deceptive. I hope this tip helps someone that is frustrated when they aren’t losing weight as fast as they should.
