Sometimes it is hard to have the motivation to train a body-part that people don’t see. But your overall shape from head to toe is really tied to how symmetrical you are and if you train in a symmetrical way. You should train every single body-part including the body-part that you can’t see and few people see. Most women I find don’t train that way they think certain body-parts are male centric only. Wrong!
Train everybody-part and your entire body-composition is related to training the entire body. A great back exercise is T-Bar Rows which works the major muscles: Scientific anatomy terms for that: teres major, trapezius and erector spinae. The movement also works the shoulders and the pulling movement of the exercise works the biceps. It also works the biceps: brachialis and brachioradialis. The more lean muscle mass you have the faster your resting metabolic rate (RMR) will be. Resistance training is one of the things you should never leave out of your fitness program.
Everybody’s goal male or female even if you are over 70 years should be preserving your lean muscle mass. As opposed to losing it if you want to have a fast resting metabolic rate.
