Another small study in 110 people with Type 2 diabetes drank either a placebo or a half ounce of apple cider vinegar with a glass water for their dinner for 3 months. The group that drank apple cider vinegar saw reductions in their fasting blood glucose and A1C hemoglobin. And that same group saw a reduction in their waist and hip measurements while managing their diabetes.

The Bottom Line is Apple Cider is good for you if you consume it within moderation. But if you over drink Apple cider it can negatively affect blood sugar levels because of the amount of sugar in it.
