    I like to drink coffee in the morning before I workout but I add sugar and vanilla cream. What else could I drink that would be a morning booster for me. Usually I have about two cups of coffee with two packs of splenda sugar and vanilla creamer. I want to cut down and eventually stop with the sugar. Your response will be appreciated.

    I am going to try fasted cardio to lose my last few pounds of belly fat. How long should i wait to eat after fasted cardio?

    Hello Obi….I am a 33 year old mother of 4 children my oldest is 4 and my youngest is 2 months old…i used to be a personal trainer for 7 years before having children….i am 5″9 and currently weigh 195 lbs, my goal weight is 150 lbs that’s a great weight for me, i was wondering your advice on caloric intake while nursing my little one. I have my own home gym and workout 6 days a week that’s weights and cardio each time. I do interval training, plyometrics, i have my own stepmill and eliptical, i know alot about working out but something seems to be flawed in my diet because i am having trouble losing this baby weight. I don’t want my milk supply to be affected and i don’t want my body to hold on to fat either. Do you have a recommeded fat/carb/protien ratio and total that you think would work for me?….after my third pregnancy i was able to lose 60 lbs but was still 10 lbs away from my pre-children weight before i got pregnant again….i would really appreciate your advice and knowledge for this desperate mother of 4….thanks Shelley
